Located in the heart of the Haut-Bréda valley, in the Belledonne massif, Cévéo's La Chamoisine youth residence is perfectly suited accommodation for school trips, snow classes and winter vacation camps.

This large, warm chalet enjoys a privileged location, just 150 metres from the Haut-Bréda vacation village, on the edge of the lake and in the immediate vicinity of the Les 7 Laux - Le Pleynet ski resort.

With 120 km of slopes accessible via nearby lifts, school groups can enjoy a wide range of winter activities: downhill skiing, sledding, snowshoeing, and much more.

Lodging is on a full or half-board basis, with balanced meals tailored to the needs of youngsters. The residence has agréments Jeunesse et Sports, guaranteeing safe supervision in line with current requirements.

Surrounded by grandiose alpine landscapes, La Chamoisine is the ideal place to enjoy an unforgettable mountain experience, combining sport, discovery and conviviality.

The La Chamoisine youth residence is surrounded by 3 hectares of parkland, with a capacity of 85 beds on 2 floors, for half-board and full-board stays. La Chamoisine has a large 120 m² dining and activity room with a fireplace. There's also a space for meal connections, with a counter, refrigerator, sink and storage space. Comforters are provided in the bedrooms. Two activity or classroom rooms (30 and 42 m²) are south-facing. The residence also has an infirmary and two isolation rooms. An independent studio apartment with sanitary facilities is available for carers. Accessible from the outside: an equipment locker, a luggage room and a drying room.

When staying at the La Chamoisine residence, catering is provided by our restaurant in the Haut Breda vacation village. On a full-board basis, enjoy balanced meals prepared by our on-site teams. We take into account different diets and food allergies (information to be provided prior to arrival)

Possibility of lunch in a packed lunch at the foot of the slopes: provision of a private room from 12pm to 2pm with tables, chairs and sanitary facilities.

The station

Located in Isère, in the heart of the Belledonne Massif, the 7 Laux resort is a popular area for freeride and freestyle enthusiasts in a wild mountain environment, overlooking the Grésivaudan Valley on one side, and the Bréda Valley on the other. With 120 km of pistes, the resort extends over three sectors (Le Pleynet, Prapoutel and Pipay) and offers spectacular panoramic views of the Belledonne massif. Its renowned snowpark, one of the best in France, attracts riders in search of thrills and spills. In addition to downhill skiing, Les 7 Laux offers a multitude of activities: ski touring, snowshoeing, and even a wellness center to relax after a day on the slopes. The friendly atmosphere and accessibility from Grenoble make this resort an ideal choice for a ski holiday with friends or family.

120 km of pistes on the 7 Laux ski area.

22 lifts including 12 surface lifts, 9 chairlifts and 1 conveyor.

One of the best-equipped snowparks in France, with 3 levels of courses, a boardercross and a snakegliss (descent on sledges hung together, piloted by Christophe, your mid-mountain guide, with the possibility of finishing the day with a meal in the Finnish chalet).

Snowshoeing

High-altitude ski area accessible by Pincerie chairlift. A 10 km signposted route starting from the village of Haut Breda.

Nordic skiing

23 km of trails in Prapoutel and Pleynet. Espace nordique du Barioz (approx. 1h from Le Pleynet): 50 km of marked trails.

Access by car via Col du Barioz (1h from Le Pleynet). High altitude site (1450 to 1900 m) with 360° panoramic views: 50 km of groomed ski runs for alternating and skating, and secure snowshoe trails.

3.5 km of pistes at 1950 m accessible by Pincerie chairlift. Please note: high-altitude ski area open subject to weather conditions. 23 km of runs spread over Paproutel and Pleynet.
